Cartongesso dappertutto / Plasterboard everywhere

Il controsoffitto nell’area bagno delle bimbe serve sia a fare risaltare lo spazio che a nascondere tutta l’impiantistica. La squadra sta lavorando per la prima volta con le lastre in gesso fibra fermacell – dopo aver già realizzato la parete coibentante della camera padronale – ed ormai si trova bene anche se il materiale risulta comunque più duro da tagliare rispetto al normale cartongesso e produce meno polvere.

The suspended ceiling in the girls bathroom area is used to bring out the space and to hide the systems. The team works for the first time with the fermacell plasterboard slab made up of gypsum and of cellulose fibre – after they already make the insulating wall in the master bedroom – and by now they get comfortable even if this material is hardest to cut compared to the usual plasterboard and it generates less dust.

Il controsoffitto dell’area bagno padronale terminato, tutto da stuccare ma fa già un bel effetto.

The suspended ceiling in the master bathroom area ended, all up to be plastered but it makes a good impression.

Nella sala al secondo piano la squadra realizza una canalina per nascondere tutta l’impiantistica, che prosegue fino alla cucina.

In the living room on the second floor, the team makes a duct in order to hide the systems, that continue to the kitchen.

In cucina la canalina passa sopra un camino preesistente che riutilizzo come aspirazione per I  fumi della zona cottura – non amo gli odori delle cotture! –

In the kitchen the duct passes over a existing chimney that I riuse as intake of the cooking area smoke – I don’t like the cooking smell! -

Opere di finitura / Finishing works

Tempismo perfetto: le vasche sono pronte da murare. Ho scelto questo modello semplice e senza idromassaggio, ma spaziose e comode per creare una piacevole area relax. Sono entrambe il modello eva della Hafro, da cm 170x70 per le bimbe, mentre per noi da 180x80, per stare moolto comodi!

Perfect timing: the baths are ready to be walled. I chose this simple model without hydromassage, but roomy and comfy creating a  pleasant relax area. Both are the eva model by Hafro, cm 170x70 for girls, instead for us cm 180x80, very comfy!

Questi materassini … profumati come un campo dopo la mietitura … sono i pannelli coibenti THERMO-HANF della ditta THERMO HEMP composti per l’85-87% da fibre di canapa, per il 10% da fibre bicomponenti e per il 3-5% da soda come protezione antincendio. Il rotolone è il telo INTELLO in polipropilene - barriera al vapore della ditta proclima – ed il nastro adesivo è tescon vana della ditta proclima.

These mats … scented like a field after the harvest … are the THERMO-HANF insulating boards by THERMO HEMP, made up of 85-87% by hemp fibres , of 10% by bicomponent fibres and of 3-5% by soda as fire protection. The roll is the polypropylene INTELLO sheet – a vapor barrier by proclima – and the adhesive tape by tescon vana proclima.

La struttura e le lastre in gessofibra fermacell composte da gesso e fibra di cellulosa ottenuta da carta riciclata. Queste lastre con i pannelli coibenti ed il telo costituiscono la parete coibente interna nella camera e nel bagno padronale, solo quella nord che da su strada, perché non posso realizzare attualmente il cappotto esterno – norme comunali !!! -.

Il pacchetto parete nord è eccezionale: intonaco a calce esterno + muratura in laterizio portante + intonaco a calce interno + pannello coibente in fibra di canapa + barriera vapore + lastra in gesso fibra + falso telaio in legno + cornice coibente in fibra di legno + infisso in legno + doppi vetri = trasmittanza termica U (W/m²K) 0,35 - Udyn 0,1 – calcolata da me considerando i valori al minimo! – considerando che i valori prima dell’intervento erano U 1,96 Udyn 0,73 direi che è un buon esempio di recupero energetico dell’involucro edilizio in bioarchitettura J J J

The frame work and the fermacell plasterboard slab made up of gypsum and of cellulose fibre from recycled paper. These slabs, with the insulating boards and the roll set up the insulated inner wall of the master bedroom and bath, only the north one on the street, because I can’t make the thermal insulation coat -  the municipality’s regulation did not allow !!! -.

The north wall section is great: outside lime mortar + brick masonry + inner lime mortar + hemp fibres insulating boards + vapor barrier + plasterboard slabs + wood frame + wood fibres insulated frame + wood window + double glazing = thermal transmittance U (W/m²K) - 0,35 Udyn 0,1 – that I have calculated using lowest values ! – considering that the values until intervention were U 1,96 Udyn 0,73 , I’d say that it is a good example of energy recovery in eco-sustainable building envelope J J J

 Le lastre in gesso fibra verranno usate per pareti, colonne e controsoffitti che contengono le varie tubazioni degli impianti.

The fermacell plasterboards are going to be used for walls, pillars and ceilings that contain the various systems pipes.

I miei muratori mi realizzano i due scalini terminali che portano al piano primo, per portare l’uscita direttamente sulla saletta. Non amo gli scalini a vela, sono pericolosi e scomodi, preferisco questa soluzione con l’ultimo scalino direttamente orientato verso l’uscita dalla scala, che poggia su un piccolo pianerottolo.

My masons realise for me the two last steps that lead to the first floor, leading the exit in the lounge directly. I don’t like the triangle steps, they are dangerous and uncomfortable, I prefer the solution with the last step directed towards the exit, and based on a little landing.

E guardando verso l’alto, sempre i muratori stanno sistemando i cordoli per agganciare la scala! Che è in arrivo ...

And looking upwards, the masons are dealing with the beam to hang the staircase! That is on the way …

Come installare l'impianto idrico-sanitario / How to install the water and sanitation systems

La posa di tutte le tubazioni di un impianto può sembrare complicato se non si ha già impostato il tutto ( vedi il post: Impiantistica) e se non si ha già scelto ogni apparecchio (dalla caldaia, ai collettori e relativi tubi, ai radiatori) e ogni arredo per i bagni (dai bidet e water ai lavabi, alle vasche, docce, rubinetti ... che al momento non vi mostrerò). Quindi tutto quel che renderà la nostra casa ciò che desideriamo deve essere già stato scelto (e ordinato!) oltre che posizionato perfettamente. Ma tutto questo lavoro progettuale darà poi grandi soddisfazioni ed eviterà parecchi problemi.

The installation of all the system's pipes may sound complex if you don't set everything (see the post: Impiantistica/Installation systems) and if you don't choose each device (from the water heater, to the mainfolds and its pipes, to the radiators) and each bathroom forniture (from bidet and toilet to the washbasin, to the bath, the shower, the taps ... that I'm not going to show you now). So that everythings are going to make our house what we wish, must be already choose (and ordered!) other than exactly placed. But all that design process is going to satisfy and to avoid many problems.

Ecco che dal contatore in garage parte l'acqua fredda, che dovrà arrivare alla caldaia sul terrazzo, cioè dalla parte opposta della casa! Perché sul terrazzo? Per varie ragioni: 1) non amo mettere la caldaia in casa (troppe norme di sicurezza), quindi all'esterno ho solo due posizioni disponibili, balcone (troppo piccolo) e terrazzo; 2) alla caldaia predispongo l'attacco dei collettori solari per la produzione di acqua calda sanitaria, quindi devo lasciare un posto per il serbatoio da posizionare vicino sia alla caldaia che ai collettori, e sul terrazzo (esposto a sud) è l'ideale; 3) anche se è lungo il percorso di adduzione dell'acqua fino alla caldaia sul terrazzo, poi risulterà più semplice realizzare i collegamenti ai sanitari ed il sistema di ricircolo dell'acqua calda (che incide sul risparmio di acqua e gas!). Tutto questo per ottenere un impianto a basso consumo energetico, che è lo scopo primario in una ristrutturazione eco-sostenibile. La scritta PRED. ADDOLCIT. indica che verrà posta una valvola per far passare tutta l'acqua proveniente dall'acquedotto comunale (dura!) in un apparecchio per il trattamento decalcificante.

Non amo le tracce degli impianti nelle murature portanti. Quindi farò posare le tubazioni attaccate ai muri ed ai soffitti (che è un sistema più veloce, meno costoso e che permette di coibentarle al meglio). Sotto la finestra c'è la predisposizione per un lavello da cucina (per future modifiche).
